1.Vibrating screen introduction:

Linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source. Materials on the sieve tosse and then leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the materials. Linear vibrating screen is generally used to sifting the material of non-sticky and dry powder , 0.074-5mm size, less than 70% moisture content, etc. Maximum feed particle size is not more than 10mm.

2.Vibrating screen main Features :

This serious of Vibration Screen is circular vibration and used in quarry for stone classification, beneficiation, coal dressing, chemical industry, building materials and etc. As a classifying machine, it adopts eccentric vibration exciter and trye coupling. It has the features of advanced structure, strong vibration, low noise, easy maintenance and long life.

3.Vibrating screen composition:

It is made up of vibrating motors, screen box, hopper, vibration damping springs and the support. Thesurfaceof linear vibrating screen can be inclined installed, and the inclination angle is 10°~15.

4.Applications:
